The location was beautiful, really close to the pier and shopping center. A traditional Victorian pier was only 1 km from the accommodation. - the bar was superb with friendly staff.

The location was marvellous there, close enough to everything too. And we were really close to Hastings or Brighton by road or Bus, and other areas of the guest house. The booked room was perfect with a balcony.
